- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel
- Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe and effective manner
- Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
- Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings as needed
```Skills:```
- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
